added some code to sync ratings and read of mtp usecount, enables submitting last.fm data for songs played on a mtp device.

fixed absent 'const' declaration on methods.

confirmed this works with half stars.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for the updated patch. Could you add the code to make this a user-selectable function?
The ipod code should give you pointers on this. It's basically adding a config option to set the m_syncStats property.

this patch is for amarok 1.4, I don't think it's of any use for amarok 2 :(
