Start Digikam slideshow (F9) and press the pause button.  Slideshow does pause.  Click on the arrow for next picture.  Next picture appears but Slideshow no longer pauses and subsequent pictures continue without pausing.  pause button does appear to be active when mouse is held over the icon.....

Kipi slideshow works as expected.  Pause button pauses all pictures and you can click through subsequent pictures.

Digikam is great!  Please keep up the good work!!

Digikam is indeed great.  So it's better if they handle the bug than I as a poor kchart maintainer. :-)

Yes, Pause button work fine for me.
