Mik, sound like a job fr a new kipi-plugin... Gilles > Mik, sound like a job fr a new kipi-plugin...
hmm, why new? I should check it, but it could be added
as a new page layout on printwizard... wdyt?
Angelo, Fine for me if you think than it's possible easily... Gilles > Fine for me if you think than it's possible easily...
A silly (not smart) solution could be added soon, just need to
find time to work on pw again :/
PW by now can print filename or date, the problem is in how many
photos can be added on the layout, if too many it (as it is by now)
adds a ney page....
And i can manage ony one side page by now, but it's a start point.
Angelo
I think Angelo is right. Better extend possibilities of printwizard. Some additional comments: This doesn't have to be very sophisticated. You need to configure params: - number of columns - number of rows - size in pixels (height, width) - margin between images - margin top, bottom, left, right - caption with "entities" (eg. name, name-without-extension, size-in-kB, size-in-MB, maybe some exif ones) - font - background color you can now add your own template in printassistant by following TEMPLATE_HOWTO file instructions. What is missed a caption per page and background color. If you add a logo it's the same task as into bug#164750 (about contact prints). Now you can choose your own page layout by grid size or grid photo size. I'm thinking to a square cd sized page template though... will see Mik, This file still valid using kipi-plugins 2.4 ?
