Description Paul Guhl 2007-06-13 12:39:35 UTC
Version: 2.5.6 (using KDE 3.5.6, Kubuntu (feisty) 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu14)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.20-16-generic

While editing a source file i use CTRL+S to save the most rescent chnages. After saving the cursor remains inplace but not blinikng, thurther editing is not possible before i click in the editor space with the mouse. PERHAPS depends on the desktop system used (WindowMaker).

OS: Ubuntu 6.10

I can't reproduce this bug in KDE , it might indeed be the desktop system.
Comment 2 Paul Guhl 2007-06-18 08:21:24 UTC
Guillermo,

I nailed the prblem down: while having ZendStudio5 and Kate same
document loaded, Zend tracks in the background the document changes.
Once the document is changed (this time in Kate), it grabs the keyboard
and mouse focus. Looks like the bug is invalid :).

Best Regards

Closing as invalid, it's clearly not a Kate bug :)
