same as #138821 but for KDE 3.5.6 ; the signature file as specified by a path in Configuration settings can not be accessed as an error message pops up :

I can confirm the bug with 0.99.01 (KDE 4.1.3 SuSE 11.0 RPM for x_64).
This is a regression to KDE 4.1.2.
