Most of the errors shown up in a the popup window are just "something went wrong and u can't do anything about, press ok". so instead of having to click 50000 times in a obtrusive popup, i would suggest kopeto to show a "!" on top of the icon on the tray icon. that way we can see something wrong happend and if we care, we could go to a console/logger to see what was it... otherwise, upon maximizing, the "!" would disapear. this implies, that there is a icon for the console /looger in the main toolbar of Kopete. 

Well, thats my very grave urgent wish. if we can't do anything about, why bother us with this popup that stalls the whole kopete? 

sorry if this is a common request but i couldn't find anything close to this in the wishlists.

Dear user, unfortunately Kopete is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
