Version:           0.12.4 (using KDE 3.5.6, Gentoo)
Compiler:          Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu

In chat windows Kopete should display the irc style /me as action, not as "xyz says: /me is cooking new coffee" (instead it should display "xyz is cooking new coffee"). Many other IM clients implement this nicely (like Psi).

Probably it is the same bug - except I don't use Kopete's IRC support. I just want to use /me in a normal chat (ICQ, MSN, Jabber ...) and let it display accordingly. I suggest to let this bug open to make clear that the "/me" feature should not only be implemented for native IRC chats.
