This problem exist in KDE 3.5.7 too and happens with umlaut and Norwegian characters. Also in SuSE 10.2. KDE 3.5.5. Very annoying. I have done a few more tests. I only see the problem when the sender uses Outlook together with a Microsoft Exchange Server. In the from-header the address changes from something like "doe, john" <john.doe@companyname.no> into =?iso-8859-1?Q?Olsen=2C_=D8ystein?= <Oystein.Olsen@companyname.no> when the name contain Norwegian characters. The problem is probably similar to: http://pear.php.net/bugs/bug.php?id=10306 This is a duplicate of 126025 |
