Version:           1.5.7 beta1 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

upon gathering requirement, i can not group an activity to form a swimlane for indicate division, that perform such activity.

futhermore, i can not specify what data these activity produce after activity had finish or which data these activity required in order to continue.

What is the specific need for/advantage of swimlanes?

The advantage of swimlane is to make more clarify for activity diagram.

If the box and label can be used in place of swimlane, isn't it easy to add swimlane functionality? 

and i'm also requesting for port in and port out symbol.
