Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)

That only happens in buttons with a black arrow in right-down corner (the dropdown list) -- the rectangle doesn't include this arrow.

kdelibs-3.5.7-r2 already, qt-3.3.8-r3
The bug still exists

fixed with Qt 4.x (tested Kmail toolbar buttons from KDE 4.1.0)
