Does this happen for all mails or only for some mails? Please also check the Date: header of the mail. That header is set by the program sending the mail, sometimes it is incorrect. When sorting the message list by date / order of arrival, is the mail correctly sorted there? Only for some mails. There is no incorrect date in the header. When I sort it by date, it was sorted with the wrong date, when I sort it by arrival its the first one. Could you attach one of those mails here? Created attachment 20339 [details]

No problem, here it ist. Please take a look on the first line (15.04.) and hte
"date:"-line (18.04). I'm a little bit confused...
I haven't seen the first line with the "From" before, all my first lines are the "Return-Path" one. Strange. Also, you can see that SpamAssassin has detected the wrong date too (See the X-Spam-Status header). However one can not see if the wrong date was inserted when sending or when receiving, but I guess it occurred at sending time. Very interesting. A friend of me says, he had received the same mail with the date of the 18th. He use thunderbird as mailclient, so it seems its a bug of kmail. |
