Version: 0.9 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
OS: Linux

it would be cool if typing http://www.kde.org in dolphin could automatically open the default web browser (konqueror or firefox or else) with http://www.kde.org. I think that's the default behavior of vista's explorer when using firefox as the default browser.

I think this is a great idea. I was going to submit this wishlist just today. I think Windows users might get a bit confused as to what web browser to use...since in windows XP, the main file browser is also a web browser. I've always loved konqueror, and am also use to the file browsing and web browsing being together. I understand you guys are going with a separate file browser and web browsing...so I think this is a really good idea. Please implement this.

Will be implemented for KDE 4.0 :-) Best regards, Peter
