length of mp3 file (http://www.lugradio.org/r/http://www.jeffratliff.org/mirror/LR/mp3/lugradio-s04e15-260307-high.mp3) is shorter than it really is.  In the info dialog it is also shorter (35:50) making it impossible to go fwd/bwd passing this time.
