This not a bug in Kopete. It's MSN's filter closing your chat because you have invalid (according to MSN) stuff in your message. I think download.php is one of the things it keys off of. |
Version: 0.12.6 (using KDE KDE 3.5.6) Installed from: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux So today I tried to send the following URL to one of my MSN contacts in Kopete: http://www.linuxtracker.org/download.php?id=3744&name=SabayonLinux-x86-3.3.iso.torrent But as soon as I pressed enter I got the following: [user] has left the chat (connection closed). The following message has not been sent correctly (Connection closed): http://www.linuxtracker.org/download.php?id=3744&name=SabayonLinux-x86-3.3.iso.torrent I tried it with another contact, but I got just the same error. Any other message gets trough just fine
