I had Firefox open to http://www.google.com on tab #1 http://wiki.kde.org/tiki-index.php?page=Performance%20Tips on tab #2. I also had Adept opened but minimized.  I closed adept, clicked on the icon to open the konsole and received this error.  The bug reports show all of the bugs with the same error message showing as STATUS:RESOLVED.  It's apparently still occuring.  I downloaded the following backtrace information.
