Uncertain what reporter is attempting to report. Please provide more detail regarding what steps were taken to induce the bug and the intended vs. actual behavior. When Kopete receives a file, it prompts the user to save it. The file name kopete displayed was ""(empty string). When I pressed save, it said: "the file /home/daniel already exists, do you want to overwrite this file?" Choosing yes, would had most likely overwritten my home directory. Expected behaviour: kopete should tell the diffence between a file and a directory (even though they are the same thing on a *nix system). This happend only once(and that was more than a year ago), but it did seem serious. Hello from the KDE Bugsquad! Unfortunately, Yahoo has discontinued the Yahoo Messenger service, and the code has been removed from Kopete. Thus, I am closing this bug as "UNMAINTAINED" since it will no longer be fixable, or able to operate due to Yahoo. |
