Description Victor Engmark 2007-03-30 11:07:06 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.4)
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports
OS: FreeBSD

When the screensaver is active, I can press any key or move the mouse to deactivate it. If I move the mouse, any keypresses after that moment will be included in the password dialog. If I press a key, that keystroke will not be included in the password dialog. For faster login & better usability (keypresses are not "lost"), I believe the first keystroke should also be included in the password dialog.

I'm pretty sure this is the default behavior in GNOME.
