Version:           0.4.3 (using KDE 3.5.6-2.fc7 Fedora, Fedora release 6.91 (Rawhide))
Compiler:          Target: i386-redhat-linux

Hovering over the panel icon is supposed to display something (if name?) but
under the FCrawhide it displays nothing.

Please open the KNemo control module (using the context menu of the tray icon or through the KDE control center) and make sure that on the tab "Tooltips" some information are selected to be display in the tooltip.

Let me know if this fixed it for you.
