Version:           0.12.4 (using KDE 3.5.6, Kubuntu (feisty) 4:3.5.6-0ubuntu13)

A contact used a custom smilie by writing :/, from then on (until I closed the conversation) all incoming links replaced :/ with the smilie, making the links unclickable.

By "custom smilie" do you mean just typing :/ ?

If so, this bug seems to have vanished. Otherwise, please reopen.
