Version:           HEAD (using KDE KDE 3.5.1)
OS:                Linux

PROBLEM:

If the user is viewing data updating in realtime the tooltips associated with the toolbar items are not displayed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Start Kst
Hover over a toolbar item and note the tooltip that appears
Plot a curve from an updating data source (e.g. use dirfile_maker)
Hover over the same toolbar item

RESULTS:

No tooltip appears

EXPECTED RESULTS:

A tooltip should appear

This is true even if the curve is not being updated as you are looking at a fixed range of the data.

Tooltips are handled by Qt, not by Kst.  Trolltech almost certainly  
won't be fixing any such issue in 3.x now.  I suggest to just close  
this as LATER.

Unfortunately we can't fix this.  Not in our control, as described above.
