Zajec's test for SVG as background

Description Rafał Miłecki 2007-03-16 09:36:32 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

According to W3C (http://www.w3.org/TR/SVG/concepts.html#UsageOptions) in case when browser is able to display SVG it has to accept SVG as image for background-image and list-style-image in CSS. Actually khtml/konqueror ignores something like background: url(image.svg).

Zajec's test for SVG as background

This test-case checks support for displaying SVG using CSS's background.

Yes. Can be solved somehow in imload.

For later native SVG support, it requires "fun" stuff.
Comment 6 Samuel Brack 2011-01-09 23:00:02 UTC
Assigning this to khtml svg.

Dear user,

KHTML (and KJS) was a long time more or less unmaintained and got removed in KF6.

Please migrate to use a QWebEngine based HTML component.

We will do no further fixes or improvements to the KF5 branches of these components beside important security fixes.

For security issues, please see:

https://kde.org/info/security/

Sorry that we did not fix this issue during the life-time of KHTML.

Greetings
Christoph Cullmann
