From the forums I know that many users find suse's "sysinfo:/" kio slave extremely nice and useful. 
But as far as I know this is suse specific kio slave. Since it is open sourced could you please integrate it into the KDE core?

Have you tried KInfoCenter? As far as I know it does everything sysinfo did.

This would be a question for Suse, not us. And yeah, KInfoCenter should do all of that, but better.
