I am pretty sure this no longer occurs in the latest version. Please update. I new I had fixed it in the latest version. What version is the fix effective for, and is it released? Help|About says I'm using karm 1.6.0 (still KDE 3.5.5). Should I have received the additional comments by mail? I didn't, as far as I can tell. http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=611833 says: Do not stop all timers when the user changes some preferences. Only stop all timers when the user changes the iCal file he wants to work with. so, this means, you have to do an svn checkout of the 3.5 KDE PIM branch as described in http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Sources/Anonymous_SVN with svn info you find out your version number, it must be >=611833. Then you can build your KDE as described under http://techbase.kde.org/Getting_Started/Build/Stable_Version If you have questions, point your favorite irc client to irc.kde.org, channel #kde And, no, I did not write you a mail, and yes, as you can see, the version is publically available ("released"). |
