Ceil, ceiling, floor documentation state that the return type is floating point. -- should be Digit (or integer)

Ceil, ceiling definitions seem vague - maybe, this :
  returns the smallest integer no less than input
or
  the smallest integer greater than the input

Floor:
  the largest integer smaller than the input


Also, I think that the related functions should also include
Round, RoundUp, RoundDown
