Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from:    SuSE RPMs

when using kopete ( it uses khtml , so i report this under khtml ), when using themes that use for example text-shadow, it creates a vertical scrollbar.

attempts to remove this scrollbar with overflow:hidden in css of the theme are in vain.

to my knowlegde , overflow: hidden; should remove the scrollbar within the text box message

sorry , this seems to work with konqueror.

it is a kopete chat style bug.

really really really sorry , please someone move it to kopete

Moved back to kopete. Anyway, is this bug still present on KDE4 kopete version?

seems to be fixed in kopete trunk.

i just tested it with some custom style and it did text-shadow properly without scroolbar.

marking as fixed.
