krienke, start digiKAm from a console and try to reproduce the problem. Look if some error messages appears on the console, especialy from Exiv2 library. Note than digiKam must be compiled using "./configure --enable-debug=full" option Gilles Am Dienstag, 20. The file in question had only read access (r-- --- ---) and digikam could not write to this file. What would be needed in this case is a warning about the problem. After I added write access to the file everything was fine. Rainer krienke, What's news about this report ? It still valid using digiKam 0.9.4 ?
