Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.6)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

Hi,

I really wasn't sure which section to file this bug in...

How to Reproduce
-----------------
1. Open Kate(or any KDE application)
2. Push ctrl+o to open a new file(or manually click). (You could also do cntl+s or click save)
3. Now that "Open File" window is open push F6 to go to address bar to type in for eg . fish://root@backuppc/
4. Nothin happens :(

Expected Behaviour
-----------------
1. Open Kate(or any KDE application)
2. Push ctrl+o to open a new file(or manually click). (You could also do cntl+s or click save)
3. Now that "Open File" window is open push F6 to go to address bar to type in for eg . fish://root@backuppc/
4. The cursor goes to address bar and you can type in your address just like in Konqueror! :)

I often try this short cut because I use in in Konqueror and as a user it is what I expected to happen since its a common environment.

Hope it gets filed in right place and added in next KDE version =D

The above can be closed because I think the correct shortcut key is control+l which works in save/open dialog box and in all web browers and dolphin. So the above is invalid/incorrect.
