PROBLEM:
When the user modifies the value of the "Base font size" in the "Kst Settings dialog" the plots are not updated when the user hits Apply. Instead the user is forced to hit Close to have their change take effect.

STESP TO REPRODUCE:
Start Kst
Create a plot
Select Settings... Configure Kst...
Change the value of the "Base font size"
Hit Apply

RESULTS:
No change to the plot font size

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The plot font sizes changse to reflect the new base font size
