Compiler: Target: i586-suse-linux

This document (15 Megabyte!):
http://www.sap.info/media/epaper/sapinfo_epaper_143_de.pdf
works nicely in acroread, but when opened with kpdf it always shows the help page (the one you can toggle with the lower left question-mark button) above all other content without the possibility to hide it.

This pdf is using "Optional Content" feature of PDF that we do not support at the moment. For the record, "Optional Content" is described in section 4.10 of the PDF 1.6 specification. It does not seem VERY difficult to add support for that feature (not trivial either) but i'm lacking time at the moment to work on it.

kpdf 3.5.7 will be an improvement and will not render the optional content, so at least you can read the pdf

Moving to okular, we need to support optional content now that poppler supports it since time ago.
