Sometimes during the playlist loading or adding files to playlist(6k songs), when I use search filter Amarok freezes and need to be killed.

Amarok is not really designed for huge playlists--We much prefer that you use dynamic playlists.  At the same time Amarok should not crash while doing this.

dynamics playlist are quite cool. I didn't use them before

This is still happening with Amarok 1.4.7.

I like all my songs in a single playlist so that I can quickly browse through it; sometimes I forget that the playlist takes a while to load (after starting amarok) and I start to search through it..then the freeze happens. 

If this issue can't be fixed, an ugly hack would be to disable the search box while the playlist is loading...
