i have multiple jedit windows open in KDE. The embedded thumbnails work, but the hover thumbnails do not. No big deal, but I'd still like to be able to see the full window title when I hover.

Unfortunately, that is truncated. 

Please don't truncate the window title.

Kasbar is no more developed and it will not be ported on KDE4. Kasbar bugs are being closed as "UNMANTAINED".

For specific kasbar feature which doesn't exists in the new KDE4 please open a new wish for KDE4. :-)
