Version:           3.5.6 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)

For the sake of precision I am using kde 3.5.6 on Ubuntu
Bugs 67810 and 84131 are like this but I will try to describe it as simple as possible in order to let you apply a patch asap (indeed it is a simple thing)

Case 1) go to an empty dir in Konqi:
-if you click RMB you got a context menu w/ smarts things like Create-->
-if you use the MENU key (keycode 117 (keysym 0xff67, Menu)) you get nothing..surprise
Case 2) go even to a non-empty dir and select no file, again:
-if you click RMB you got a context menu ...
-if you use the MENU key (keycode 117 (keysym 0xff67, Menu)) nothing happens

So the MENU key pressed event, has to be connected with the same action RMB does, when no files are selected. That's what was meant by bug 67810 and bug 84131. (And it's time to fix this men before KDE4)
