at the moment I can only show pictures month by month, selecting a year does not show anything.

Expected Behaviour:
Selecting 2007 in date-tree shows all pictures from 2007 (Jan-Dec) grouped into month.
an option to show all of 2007 without grouping would also be nice ;-)

Bug 140743 includes all trees not just DateView

Not reproducible using digiKam 7.0.0 beta1.
