Version:           Release 3.5.6 "release 19.1" (using KDE Devel)

"About KDE" launches a dialog box in which the KDE version appears as text between the title bar and the dialog tabs.

Unfortunately. that KDE release version text cannot be selected with the mouse for copying to the clipboard (e.g. to subsequently paste into KDE bug reports...)

Also unfortunately, the release version appears nowhere in the dialog tabs where it might be copied to the clipboard.

As it stands, it is necessary to manually re-keyboard the information into bug reports (like this one), with the possibility of introducing typographical errors.

The release version information ought to be mouse-selectable; a work-around would be to add yet another tab which repeats the release version, or include the release version in one of the existing tabs.

This text is indeed not selectable (in 3.5.8 at least).

I think ALL text (including labels and static text widgets or how it is called) should be always selectable (select by mouse == copy to mouse clipboard).

I reported bug#159396 to solve all this issues at once in general, please confirm/comment it

Make the ktitlewidget selectable/copiable. Users request selectable information on dialogs.
