kstart --currentscreen bzw. --otherscreen would also be practical. Changing the xinerama screen (or any other option) while a program is already running would be at least as desireable as stating this on startup. Sometimes after activating and deactivating a second monitor some programs stays hidden on the other screen (i.e. if it stays maximized during the change the coordinata for its normal place/size are not affected so that they stay outside the visible screen area(, which turns out as soon as maximaization is ended)). A graphical context menu ("move to xinerama screen #1 / #2" in addition to "move to work area #1-#6") would even be more handy than a command line command in this case.
