rug man page
Novell claims this to be an error of KDE.
This will presumably be released in Debian 4.0. *** Bug 149315 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** For the record, this was fixed or worked around for Debian 5 in man-db 2.5.1-1 / kdebase 4:3.5.9.dfsg.1-1: - Add a 'man --recode' option to output a source manual page converted to a specified encoding. This is expected to be used by debhelper to install UTF-8 manual pages. * Add 71_kio_man_utf8 patch to support the recode feature of man-db. This allows the man kio slave's rendering code to work regardless of the source encoding of the manual page. Thanks to Colin Watson.
