When using the default theme Kopete and sending one-line messages, sometimes the userimage gets placed next to the userimage of the one you're talking to instead of below in my own message. This occurs because you are using float: left; and you don't use clear: left; to force it to be at the most leftside.

Could not reproduce that with Kopete style from Kopete 0.50.80

Seems to be fixed and the bug has been quite for some time now, so I'm closing it.
