Please see my addition to Bug 92479. I'm opening this as a new bug because I couldn't figure out how to re-open the old bug - marked "resolved".

Briefly, making additions to Kmail toolbar caused a crash and Kontact now crashes every time I try to start it. I've tried remaking the .rc files but that only partially worked for one run then returned to crashing again.
