I was able to work around my problems by manually deleting the 'Jpeg Comment' using exiv2 commands such as (exiv2 -dc test.jpg), then removing and re-importing the files into digikam. However, I still think the import order deserves some consideration at some point. BTW - Digikam is looking great these days with all the recent updates in 0.9.1-beta Since I was able to solve my own problem with the workaround above, I'm marking this resolved. |
