The opening of RTF-attachments with oo causes following problems:
- choosing open-with and OpenOffice -Writer: I receive a message: /temp/kde-mark/filename.rtf_[somethingaddded].rtf does not exist

This does not seem to be an openoffice bug, since the opening a doc-attachment works (apart from being asked, if I want to create a new document)

Note that the temp file is deleted when you change the message in KMail. Does the problem occur as well if you choose to open the attachment and leave KMail alone until OOo is loaded and containing the document?

I know but in fact I click on the attachment and just wait for oo starting leaving kmail untouched.

I agree, looks pretty simular. But it works for opening doc (and I am not 100% sure, have to test later) also with odt. Only rtf's cause trouble.

I think so. If the problem still persists in KDE 3.5.7, please reopen this report.
