Here there are some typos in KHexedit documentation.
Paste into new window. => <guimenuitem>Pase into new window.</guimenuitem>
Hexadecimal,decimal => Hexadecimal, decimal
<guimenu>Settings</guimenu> <guimenuitem>Save Options</guimenuitem> => <guimenu>Settings</guimenu> <guimenuitem>Save Settings</guimenuitem>
<guimenu>Settings</guimenu> <guimenuitem>Preferences...</guimenuitem> => <guimenu>Settings</guimenu> <guimenuitem>Configure &khexedit;...</guimenuitem>

This is in the form "what is now => what it should be".
