Sentry Crash Report:

Description Gijs Peek 2007-01-10 15:43:51 UTC
Version: 1.9.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux

After importing messages from my Thunderbird account, I moved my messages to my folders in kmail (which already contained some newer messages). All of them were inserted beneath the existing messages, which had been sorted by date (order of arrival). Only when I clicked the date button twice (subsequently re-sorting them ascending and descending again) they were sorted right, i.e. throughout the existing messages by date and not all beneath them.

Can't reproduce on KDE 4.9.3.
Needs more info, but is probably fixed.
Also is component "message list" not "folder list".

resolving, per Bernd's testing
