Version:           2.0.3 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from:    Fedora RPMs
OS:                Linux

Some files at the end of the torrent were marked for download even if I did not select them. They are also automatically getting marked for download after every application restart. The torrent in question is very large (66GB in 850 files)

I have tested it with the latest code from SVN, and everything works fine there, so I'm gonna close the bug.

I suggest you try out 2.1rc1.
