Since DigikamImageplugins were merged into main Digikam in 0.9.2 (see [1]), I would suggest that we comletely remove configuration of digikam plugins. I agree that having two plugins, just cause more confusion and now that we have digikam plugins merged into main application, there is not much benefit in having then configurable (enable/disable individual plugins). If this is ok with digikam developers, I can remove this configuration from digikam.
