Description Rafał Rzepecki 2006-12-31 12:07:15 UTC
Version: 1.4.4 (using KDE 3.5.5, Gentoo)
Compiler: gcc version 3.4.3-20050110 (Gentoo 3.4.3.20050110-r2, ssp-3.4.3.20050110-0, pie-8.7.7)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.19-gentoo-r2

When using filename tag guesser to fill in tags, the guesser unconditionally capitalizes song titles to Proper Caps.

So, for example, if %title tag gets matched with „foo bar baz”, the title gets filled with „Foo Bar Baz”.

While this is fine with English rule of „Capitalizing Every Word In A Title, with Possible Exception of Some Short Words, Although the Dictionaries Differ on That”, English isn't the only language out there, and the rule doesn't hold for many other languages.

For example, in Polish, it's only correct to „Capitalize only the first word of the title (unless a word in a Proper Name, of course)”.

This behaviour should be configurable.
