The Vocabularies titles should be translatable. They stay in English as they are in the .kvtml file. They shoudl be extracted in order to be translated.

I was wrong, it's all OK when vocabularies are translated but they are not. So we must find a way to make it more obvious that the files should be translated. Using the same format than KHangMan would have permitted to use the same files. -> TODO for KDE4
The Chalk font however does not display accented letters but that's another bug.
