Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from:    Unlisted Binary Package
OS:                Linux

My settings for Interface include:
* vertical scrollbar NOT selected
* column header NOT selected
* row header NOT selected

Because I am still looking at the application, I choose "default template" when opening.  The vertical scrollbar and column and row headers are always showing until I call the Settings dialogue and press "OK".

So, the Settings are there but I have to implement them every time I launch the application.

I should add, possibly, that I have saved a spreadsheet, after activating those settings, as the default template.  That makes no difference.
