Version:           1.9.5 (using KDE KDE 3.5.5)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:                Linux

If root filesystem is full or almost full i.e.:
/dev/hda1              5036284   4768336     12116 100% /
/dev/hda2             32905808  26773992   4460256  86% /home
then kmail will destroy a new message downloaded from pop server. A new message is downloaded, but all its content is cleaned. In a message list window, all message fields are empty, as well as content of a message. Date of arrival is shown 01/01/1970 00:59 (look at an attachement).

"Nieznany" means "Uknown"
"Brak tematu" means "No subject"

In my opinion such situation must not happen! Kmail should check if it has enough space for message receival and if not prevent from downloading it with a proper information window.
I did not check what happens with quota set.
