The "Files", "Diff" and "Appearance" sections of the start up dialog have red rectangles instead of the icons.

The cause is simple, there are simply no icons defined for these sections. We could turn this into a wish stating that there should be icons in there. But so far no buggy behaviour.

I didn't report the orignial bug on Launchpad but it seems to me that it should be a wishlist instead of a bug.

Apparently fixed in KDE4(.1? only which is what i am running now).

Actually a duplicate of 119774 which is fixed in 4.0.0.
