Version:           1.9.5 (using KDE 3.5.5, Kubuntu (edgy) 4:3.5.5-0ubuntu3)
Compiler:          Target: x86_64-linux-gnu

When editing a message I cannot get the HTML icon bar systematically displayed as I have all the time to go to "Configuration" and get HTML icon bar ticked but only for the edition of this particular message as it will not be displayed if I answer another incoming message or if I edit a new one !
